Meditation and mindfulness
in the workplace.

Meditation to benefit organizations and teams.

I offer a number of options for employers looking to begin or broaden their mindfulness or meditation programs. Whether your focus is on an event or an ongoing program, I offer guidance, teaching, and coursework to suit many diverse needs.

I’ve been particularly encouraged by the recent research into the organizational benefits of providing mindfulness training for executives and have developed a training program to bring ease to the C-suite that will be felt by all.

I thoroughly enjoy crafting a solution that responds to an organization’s particular need, so please don’t hesitate to get in touch with an idea or inquiry. As I also benefit from the research I perform on behalf of a client, my quotes always include at least two hours of complimentary research into your specific subject matter. You and your team will benefit from a truly unique program, custom-built to address the needs of your audience.

A few of my offerings for organizational clients.

Onsite or virtual meditation classes.

My meditation guidance is clear, and it’s my goal to encourage curiosity and playfulness, never doubt or self-critique, so that you can find ease and joy in meditation. I’m comfortable moving between the secular and the spiritual to suit your group’s needs, for sessions as short as five or ten minutes. I’m happy to teach on-demand or on a recurring basis.

Workshops and seminars.

The workshop format allows for self-discovery to be matched with collaboration and camaraderie, creating experiences that are impossible to forget. I love to partner with an organization to develop a truly customized program. I am creative and extroverted, experienced at engaging large groups from the front of the room, so your team will enjoy the opportunities for insight while building rapport and trust with the team.

Monthlong mindfulness programs.

These programs are time-tested and guaranteed to engage and inspire your group. Four one-hour sessions of meditation, journaling, education, discussion, and connection. Popular programs include Mindful maintenance of life-work balance, The gift of inner and outer safety, Doubting doubt, and The third eye: Creative visions for working with creative energy.

Executive mindfulness training.

When you’re in the driver’s seat, it’s even more important to know exactly what’s under the hood. My background straddling mental health, corporate consulting, and embodied Buddhist practice offers executives a truly unique opportunity to investigate their inner landscape. Mindful leadership benefits the leader, the organization, and all beings, and this is why one-on-one and group leadership training continues to inspire my practice as well.
